These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FlowBeam. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using FlowBeam
FlowBeam is a productivity platform. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in FlowBeam, including notes, goals, tasks, and calendar data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using FlowBeam, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use FlowBeam for any unlawful purpose
- Send spam, phishing, or abusive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use the service to develop competing products
4. Subscriptions & Billing
FlowBeam offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep FlowBeam available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may be subject to delays, interruptions, or downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of FlowBeam is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your data seriously and use industry-standard measures to protect it.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlowBeam is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we will delete your personal data within 60 days except for anonymised operational logs retained for audit and security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by posting a notice in the app). Continued use of FlowBeam after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlowBeam operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
